Today.. i went for physiotherapy.. it was much harder than i had expected.. the pain was unbearable
physio was at 930 in the morning today.. i was excited... i couldn't wait.. because this was the last step towards me walking again.. the therapist who attended to me was this guy called Dr durai..
cool name.. he first asked me a bunch of questions and then started intensive exercise..
he took a protracter and measured the degree of how much i could bend my injured leg.. the reading? a mere 35 degrees.. when i bent my ohter leg.. i could bend it all the way to 145 degrees.. wow!! i would have to work for the next couple of weeks to work that extra 110 degrees..
it came as a shock to me when the doc. said that it would take another one month plus to heal.. i couldn't believe my ears.. how was i ever gonna get through this? luckily i can walk a little but not for very long distances..
the exercises were tiring.. i had do intensive flexing of my thigh muscles.. the whole session was 3 hours.. damn tiring indeed... still feeling the pain... i almost cried...
cant wait for it all to get over and done with... then i can have a blast and party all night.. ahahhah
im waiting for that day..
