What a Nightmare..

This is the third time ive been having this nightmare in 4 weeks.Does it mean something?

MY dreAm: ME and a bunch of friends took MRT to redhill.. Redhill wasn't your average redhill.. it was cold and bleak and not located in Singapore. Once all of us got out of the MRT, we entered this totally different world.. filled with hills covered with snow.. actually..the whole place was covered in snow and ice.
I had my laptop with me too.. and like in real life, i had just finished the operation on my leg when i was there.
All of us.. rented a car and drove up to the hills. On the way, suddenly something happened and the car crashed into a big rock.I remember being thrown out of the car, together with Fahmezah..
I dint die.. the next thing i knew.. i got up.. my head covered in blood.. but fully conscious.
The rest of them had got up too.. Fahmezah and 2 others however were just lying down there not moving..
I started crying.. and out of nowhere fahmezah came up and said : shruthi.. im not dead!
i was so happy..
But the other 2, were dead.. for sure..
And then my laptop came into the picture.. nothing had happened to it.. it still looked brand new.

The remaining of us.. walked up the hill and when we reached the summit started unpacking our things. Then, i started thinking about the previous dream that i had.. In that dream, i had died being in this same place and the same time, due to the extreme cold.

Can u imagine? In my dream.. i think about another dream.. Wierd..

So, I told my firneds that i had to leave this place and go back.. And one of them said yah.. of not the metal plate in your leg will contract, your bones will become brittle and your leg will break..
It was already night time..
Next thing i know.. i jumped off a huge cliff and escaped from the cold and bleak place..

Adn i woke up after that today at 1 in the afternoon..
Everything seems to be interconnected somehow

i seriously wonder what its trying to tell me.. Hopefully i aint gonna die or something.. !!
