I hereby state that Jacintha Abishegananthan gives the worst comments on Singapore Idol ever! Instead of giving tips to singers on how to improve their singing or the tone of their voice she gives vague senseless comments like.. '' you give me hope'' and '' i can see that you have stories to tell from your hair to your... ''

Yesterday during dinner, i literally was holding myself back from throwing a chunk of chicken on the television screen..

Dick.. ( haha) is the only one that makes sense out of what he says.

For me i think that singapore idol wasnt as great as last season because this year, you can easily forget the faces. I wouldnt even recognise a singapore idol contestant walking down the streets of singapore. The only person i would recognise would probably be paul twohill.. HELL!!
i would recognise him from miles away with that hair of his.
Also, this year you have 2 hosts instead of one... errrr.. ok.

On another note I think drama serials have taken a deep plunge. No one really enthusiastically watches them anymore. I remember there were teenage drama's like spin, moulmin high and lightyears which made quite a statement on channel five. Now we have dramas like ABC DJ and life stories, which i dont even bother trying to watch, even if im really out of options. We should really have a GOOD interesting kick ass singapore drama. But channel five is being populated with international programmes like project runway and CSI.

Also, what ever happened to those kick ass gameshows we had? I lovveddd the pyramid game. I used to watch it everday after school. We also made our version of wheel of fortune which was quite alright. Now theres nothing.

Although singapore is getting more well acclaimed by bringing down international artists and hosting events here, i feel that Singapore tv isnt as good as compared to the earlier days.
